KFC — Restaurant in Butler Township

I went to Kfc in butler pa ordered 4 meals and got 3 and i went back and told the drive thru young lady she said i’m sorry but shut the window ! So i ordered another meal to replace the meal i already paid for ! It’s not about the money or not getting the meal i paid for but more about the disrespect i received because the employees was to busy talking and discussing their personal life ! I took the food to the needy family that me and my son got them and noticed the chicken wasn’t done and the biscuits was done either so he was embarrassed to have given this family food that wasn’t prepared correctly!The blatantly disrespect and disregard for what customers should receive after fairly paying , so at the end of the night i had to order this family pizza and apologize because their hearts was set on kfc ! So sad that customer service...

Attempted to go through drive through last night. As someone who works in costumer service, I have never encountered such a rude employee. Granted my family of 5 can be chaos personified, the "you have not formed one cohesive thought yet" was unnecessary and uncalled for after YOU my dear sir got everything we did order wrong. Then we ask to just start over and you kept being extremely rude to the point we said nevermind we'll go elsewhere to which he replied "that would be best" no one answers the phone, can't imagine why. Real tough guy behind the speaker. Was absolutely disgusted and disappointed with service. Can't stress enough how incredibly rude and disrespectful...

The food is usually always good, But lately I've been more impressed with their customer service. I always get my food from the drive-thru and almost always have the same order and it's usually the same lady working the window (not sure of her name, but short blonde hair with tattoos) and she is fantastic. This morning I pulled into the drive-thru and began to place my order and she was able to recognize it was me and asked me if I wanted my usual sides. When I got to the window, we had a good laugh about it before she told me to have a great day and sent me on my way. Excellent customer service. If anybody deserves a raise, it would...
