We love the products, however, the customer service is horrible. My husband ordered a sweatshirt online to wear to a Griz game. He received an email confirming his order with a photo of the sweatshirt. My mom went & picked up his order as we live out of town. When we got to town we found that they gave her an entirely different sweatshirt. She was unaware, so she took it. The next morning we arrived at the store at 10 a.m. hoping to get the appropriate sweatshirt. On google it said the store opened on Saturday at 10:00. Nobody was there to open the store. Next thing you know, 8 other people are standing outside the store waiting to get in. One person said they were there to buy several MT Tech shirts for a group going to the Tech- Western game this afternoon. It's now 10:15 and nobody is still here. We decided to leave. We are traveling to Missoula for the game, so he still does not have the sweatshirt he paid for and did not receive. If you are the owner of a business, you should be concerned about this all together! You don't obviously care to ensure somebody gets the correct product, but also lost several customers waiting to buy attire for...

As a Butte native i was pretty dissapointed in the customer service Went to this store with my 11 year old, the two girls behind the counter wouldn't quit swearing and were too focuesd on themselves to ask if we needed any help. Great looking store with a great selection. Just not an appealing store...
