Chance was helpful, the lady working tonight needs some manners. So, it took forever in the drive through, we were the only one in the drive through at the time. Finally got our stuff from a young lady that was either flustered, or just really didn't like her job... As soon as we pulled away I went into the bag to give my husband his food and my food wasn't there, instead of a breast combo I got a nuggets box. We decided that if it was because we ordered the wrong thing, we would keep it, but we couldn't find our receipt. So I went inside with my card and the nuggets to talk to her. Chance asked how he could help, I told him what happened, and he asked for the receipt. I told him we didn't get one, but that he should ask the drive through gal as I asked if the breast or thigh was bigger, and then ordered the K2 combo. But again, that we were given the K12 instead. It seemed to have flustered him as well, and he was hesitant to talk to her. He started printing receipts, looking for ours, and couldn't find it. Eventually she came up and snapped at him and I saying "I couldn't print your/her receipt". Which sounds pretty sketch if you ask me... how do I know you didn't skim my card?! So after her saying it would be a minute from across the kitchen and him being too flustered again to ask what to do... Everyone just stood around waiting for her to take and bag drive through orders while I waited for mine that had been originally ordered 30 minutes ago... All I needed was the right chicken... I had all my sides... So I'm just sitting there in front of the glass window with the chicken that would take

I never can angry with food service because I know how it is, but if you CAN NOT even figure out how to work fast food there is a problem...I asked for a papa burger with only cheese. And got a cheese burger instead, so I took it in and said “I asked for a papa burger with only cheese” sh”e said “that’s what I gave you” I said “no I want a papa burger you gave me a cheese burger” so she proceeded to say “so you want a papa burger with everything on it” I said no I only want the cheese and sauce on it” she said “that’s what I gave you” I said “no you gave me a cheese burger, you know what just give me the cheese burger and give me the money you owe me” I don’t know her name but she was had red hair, was younger, and had major adittude. It does NOT take a rocket science to make a damn burger. She knowingly rang up a papa burger and made me a cheese burger (which costs less)...you guys lost a customer! If I could...

Hubby and I like to eat here when we vacation because there is not one in our town. While the food was edible - not the best we've had from this chain- the restaurant itself was filthy. There were 5 or 6 people working and only 1 other pair of customers besides us. The floors were covered in foods and nothing had been wiped down all day it seemed. The bathroom was even worse. No toilet paper except someone had left some laying out and it was wet and had stains on it. Sink needed a good scrubbing and the paper towels were also empty. Trash hadn't been emptied recently. Just seems like they had enough employees and enough time that someone could attend to the cleaning. Don't bother with this place if you pass...
