We had an Amazing experience at this location. We ordered on Thursday July 10th around 1:00 pm we had a ruff day our son was at the walk in clinic because his eye had swollen. We were travelling from Canada to explore the greatest state in the USA. We had never experienced an automatic ordering system. When we arrived at the window our debit and credit card wouldn’t work. We told the lady that we would come into the store. At that moment a kind generous human being who happening to be the manager said no worries we promo your meal. We honestly were confused! Who does random acts of kindness anymore? Well the wonderful team at Taco Bell in Butte Montana does. I apologize for forgetting the managers name. What I would like to say to him would be thank you for being kind in that moment . You didn’t realize it at the time but we had a 6 hour drive back to Canada that day with a sick 4 year old. Read moreThis taco bell has good employees here and there, this is more for the ones that don't care, as I have gotten the wrong order countless times. I am giving it a 2 star mainly because I check to make sure the order is correct if I add or remove anything specifically. I asked for a supreme taco and was given a regular. No big deal, just wanted what I paid for, said it was wrong, and the employee who claimed to have made it, began to destroy the taco in front of me "searching" for the sour cream and tomatoes while repeatedly saying "It's not a supreme??" And I responded calmly, "no" and then he went away and they gave me the correct taco. This was all through the drive-thru and was highly unwarranted. I have never gotten such a disrespectful response before when I told them it was the wrong order, nor was I ever disrespectful or angry at them. Read moreAlexandra V. and other coworkers were highly rude, including cursing when they saw us, rolling eyes, etc. We ordered our food at 7:07pm and did not have our food until 7:30pm. We understand that there were new employees so we quietly waited and thanked them when we did receive our food. We ordered and paid over $6 for a menu item, which after we walked back to our hotel room, we noticed was missing from our bag. At that point, we walked back to the Taco Bell and politely informed them that we were missing an item from our order. At this point they were rude and announced that the item was a remake, even though it was never received originally. It took another 10 minutes for us to receive the item we had paid for almost an hour prior. After walking back to the hotel, we called the manager to voice our concerns.
