Shop local, they cry, even if it costs a little more. Ok, fine. I shopped local for a new chair for my husband who has a bad back. Here's my experience: Sign on the store window to "Put on a mask, help us stay in business." Ok, fine, I wore a mask in their store (I wear one inside anywhere but home).Yet, when I enter the store, the owner comes up to me WITHOUT A MASK and I have to step away from her, and I eventually left. When I went back on another day, I was greeted by an employee wearing a mask who helped me pick out a chair. Because of my husband's back, I paid for it to be delivered. Unbelievably, when the delivery people arrived only one had a mask on them. I had to ask them to leave the chair on my porch and I had to wrestle it inside by myself (I'm no weightlifter!). I did call the store before writing this review, and not even an apology was offered. Done buying local, they don't care about keeping customers...
Read moreClassic Furniture is definitely "classic". The lady at the store (Feb 16, 2021) assisted me while I went from reclining chair to reclining chair until I got to the one that was perfect. I didn't get her name but she was so very patient and helpful every step of the way and I truly appreciated her help. Today the delivery crew took my old one away and brought in my new one.
