Delicious! We had a turkey jam sandwich, asian pork belly and banana bread and coffee flavored cocktails. The lunch prices are very budget friendly and the chef and bartender are serious about what they do, every detail was perfect. Sit in Tiana's section and receive excellent service! UPDATE: We had dinner and it was wonderful! I asked the bartender to make me an amaretto sour, and it came with the egg foam top which you don't see all the time, delicious and beautiful! Wow!! Can not say enough good things about this spot. It’s somewhat of a hidden gem, tucked into a multi use work space. It’s been open about 3 weeks and we just happened to be in town for the weekend. We ate here both nights because we knew this was surely the best option within Canon City. Fun menu items like loaded baked potato with miso butter or their ramen deviled eggs or Chef Charlie’s take on pazole butter deconstructed in such an original way.
