Recently I had Thomas White from Backwoods Engineering come to my place of business to service my Lenovo P620 Workstation. He also performs factory service on Dell Computers.  I was getting strange errors when I tried to run BIOS updates and did not realize the underlying severity of errors of this type. (Luckily, I had everything backed up quite a few times including my boot drive!) Thomas came armed with a new motherboard after I had just had another Lenovo tech out to the house with a new motherboard 6 months earlier. Surprise, Surprise!  When the new motherboard went in, the machine got bricked.  You would think that I would be upset with Thomas at that point, but that's when his superior skills really kicked in. He was able to work with me to sucessfully battle Lenovo technical support after one more trouble call to get depot support to get me a new CPU, system board, and mother board via a shipment of my entire machine less my drives to Lenovo's North Carolina depot facility all expenses paid. Premier onsite service for 3 years came with the unit, and I only had to pay $160 to add another two years to my current contract.

Replaced iPad screen. Corner and camera area was not installed properly and they basically said tough and hung up on me.

Edit: You can tell by their response what to expect from the service. I said 1 passing curse word that offended a 45 year old man and I apologized when he mentioned it. Lying about customers and accusing me of causing intentional damage to my $2000+ ipad pro for a $100 job 😂

My screen was sourced from a reputable dealer that they confirmed they also use upon taking payment, not "temu".

The screen isn't the issue, it is the installation. Photos show clearly what Thomas repeatedly told me he could not see with his eyes. Even scratched up the case upon removal, also photographed. Every person I have shown it to, including ubreakifix and my payment provider, all agreed this was a bad install.
