Finally!!!! Canon City opens a store that I NEEDED in my life!!! Our little town has tire shops and fast food aplenty, but we have been sorely lacking a book store that not only carries new books, but that also has a quality used selection too! The owner is extremely accommodating and is open to carrying any book you request (should it not be currently on her shelves). I also appreciate that the owner has thought to place shelves in different locations/businesses, making it even more convenient to satisfy my addiction :) Her main location is by far my favorite though- the decor is adorable and tasteful, and I felt at home the moment I walked in. Thank you so much for helping our city take a step in right direction- I’m so excited and proud of our community and can’t wait to see what other positive changes we can engender for the betterment...

The Griffin is my favorite bookstore! It had that wonderful, book smell and a really curated selection – not just the bestsellers, but interesting stuff you don't see everywhere.
