The Pour House Coffee Shop @ FCA — Restaurant in Cañon City

The Pour House Coffee Shop has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and is conveniently located with on-street van-accessible parking within half a block. The coffee and overall environment are excellent, making it a great place to relax or meet with friends. As a wheelchair user, I did encounter some accessibility challenges at the front entrance. The threshold ramp is short but quite steep, which can make it difficult to push a manual wheelchair inside without assistance. However, the entrance through the Fremont Arts Center is fairly level, and you can enter through the art gallery and cross into the coffee shop more easily that way. Inside, the tables have bases that may interfere with wheelchair footrests, making it difficult to pull fully under the table. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible, which is a positive. The staff mentioned they are already in the process of redoing the front entrance, so I appreciate their commitment to improving accessibility. I look forward to seeing those updates...

Such a great place! We are so thankful they are here in Canon! I can't say enough about the fabulous coffee. I have to drink decaf and I have never been able to find such flavorful decaf as this that I truly enjoy drinking when I am out. It is such a treat! All of the baked goods that we have tried are truly delicious and quite a step above. And the service has always been fantastic. Mia, who helped us today, was so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Whoever is there always has! They obviously put a great amount of care in the products that they serve. Make sure you stop if you're in Canon City, you will absolutely be as impressed and excited about...

This slice of homemade pumpkin pie, topped with house-whipped cream, was the best piece of pie I've ever had the pleasure of blissfully enjoying - and my husband and I LOVE pumpkin pie 🧡 Perfect texture, with just the right hint of fresh pumpkin and the ideal amount of sweetness, not overly so or underly so - with flawlessly flaky crust 👌🏻

My husband and I are using Pour House pumpkin pie to motivate us getting stuff done the next couple days!
