It's honestly just starting to become unbelievable at this point. Ordered a pair of slippers that hasn't shipped for 2 weeks now. At first, I understood their whole shipping delay excuse but after hearing some people still having not gotten their order shipped after a month?? That's inexcusable. If your warehouse workers really are working 24/7, overtime, extra shifts, etc., this isn't possible. Their customer service is pretty terrible too. Like other reviews, I have sent multiple tickets and have only gotten a response for one of them explaining how they are backed up and that they will check on my particular order even though its been over a week and still nothing has happened. I'd honestly just love some sort of update on my order or anything letting me know that this isn't a huge scam. At least put on your website there there are MAJOR shipping delays so people know what to expect. Crazy to think that I paid $10 for shipping and I might have to wait more than a month to receive my order. (Edit: They never sent me any delivery date or any update like they said they would so the fact that they replied saying they did is just straight up lying or else I wouldn't be writing this review. Additionally, I never asked to cancel my order yet they still did, on an item that only they had in stock and I still do not see the money that they refunded in my bank account. When I tried to remove one shoe (qty 2 of the same shoe), before confirming the order, it processed and charged my bank account for two of the same shoe when I only ordered one. I emailed and was told no refunds or cancellations could be made according to the terms and conditions. I also read store credit was an option. So I replied that I was willing to take store credit, as the second shoe was ordered in error. I have not heard anything back.
