The Regal Cinemas dont have enough new movies to make it worthwhile, its a lot of old movies they are reintroducing or movies you’ve never heard of that should have been straight to streaming. ‪ But that’s not the worst part, they make it impossible to cancel. You’ll notice that there is nowhere to cancel Regal unlimited through the app. Even if you go into a regal cinemas, they won’t let you cancel there either. You have to send a email request for them to cancel. And in my case they still didn’t cancel they sent me another email saying it we’re goinf to cancel but there was even more I had to do - BUT they sneaked it in at the VERY BOTTOM of the email so I didn’t even notice. So I kept thinking it was canceled, but they were still charging me. When I brought it up, and showed them that I had never used the app in that entire time because I thought it was canceled, they said oh sorry and still charged me and refused...

Tonight was one of unforgettable night in my whole life and this is the story: I was alone and bored home then I decided to get into theater to watch blacklight as there was only ten minutes to the show, I just grabbed my jacket and purchased the ticket through the app while driving so I forgot to take my wallet. Rushing to the theater I ordered a large popcorn and large coke and asked to pay by Apple Pay or any other type of digital payment, it was not possible. Then my Hero “Blake” a young man at the cashier said: don’t worry I pay for you and do not worry about even pay it back, be my guess he added. OMG we need such a super nice guy more and more in our daily life to make this short life amazing and lovely for every one. The staff are horrible and plain stupid. My 2 friends and I went to the bar to get a drink and we each paid separately for the wine we purchased. The bartender charged us for 4 glasses and didn’t realize it. When we told him he had to get his boss. He couldn’t figure it out so he called his boss. She came and she couldn’t figure out that they just had to reverse one of the charges!! Funny thing was that we all got the same thing!!! At the end they spent 20 minutes and it cut into 5 minutes of the movie and we were so fed up by their stupidity that we left without getting the rest of our change. The crazy part is that NONE of them said sorry nor did they try to make it up to us by giving us another drink or a coupon or anything!! And we were super patient and tried to explain to them but they just ignored us! They clearly need to go back to elementary school to learn math and also some basic customer service training...
