Meeting with Chris & Holly was serendipitous!

We had decided to renew our lease for another year, thinking that the market was too high. However, after talking with Holly and Chris about our situation, they helped us realize very quickly that it was possible to own our own place even in this crazy market. They advised us to be patient and ready to take action when the right opportunity arose.

This is where Holly & Chris came into the picture. They helped us define our needs and be realistic about the available options within our budget. This led us to start looking for a fixer-upper. I never would have imagined embarking on an adventure of fixing up a house from 1972. Fortunately, Holly & Chris had a lot of experience with house renovations, which made the process easy for us. They provided their knowledge and even connected us with painters and flooring experts. We had a tight deadline of two weeks before our moving date, and miraculously, all the work was completed just one day before. I am grateful to my dear wife for coordinating everything.

Initially, I had requested a one-story house with four walls, a view, and a sunset. Now, here I am, sitting in my backyard, sipping my coffee every morning while enjoying the breathtaking view. On top of that, my wife is incredibly happy with our new home. As they say, happy wife, happy life.

I must also express my gratitude to our lender, Tom Abramson, who ensured that we obtained the lowest interest rate and were able to qualify for a mortgage despite my limited credit history in the US. Thank you, Tom, for introducing us to Holly & Chris and patiently addressing all my wife's questions to ensure a timely closing that allowed us to move in. It all began when we met by the fireplace at Stonehouse. Life is truly beautiful and full of surprises when you are ready to seize the opportunities.

Holly and Chris are seriously the best in the business! From the very beginning to the finish line, they are there with you every step of the way. Anticipating obstacles, guiding with their expert advice and never afraid to be direct - all with kindness and grace. It was a difficult market to search in and yet they managed to help us find the perfect home and then ready our other house for sale. Add in the pressure of a non negotiable due date (babies are born when they want to be born) they hustled to get all the pieces together just in the knick of time. They are professional in every way and always go above and beyond, even still, a year after closing! Their network is extensive!

When it came to selling our home, Holly and Chris took time to stage (using their own acquired staging furniture and items) in a beautifully understated way that made anyone walking in feel like they could live there. And when it came to finding our new home, we must have looked at dozens of houses - and put in many offers. The market was competitive and we were using a VA loan, somewhat of a unicorn in terms of loans which unfortunately didn't stand a chance against the more traditional loans. They kept our heads high and did so much research to try to present us the best way they possibly could! And it worked!! We love the house we now call home - our boys are so happy, we've already created so many lasting memories in it.
