The cashier âManonâ helped me and it was not good. Today was my second day starting out as a coffee drinker. My mother convinced me of the health benefits and strongly recommended Coffee Bean. On my second visit to this location, literally day 2, my coffee was placed in the section for online orders so it sat there while I hovered over the baristas wondering why they werenât making my order. It wasnât until the orders were done that the barista asked what drink I was waiting for. The Manon from a distance said âoh sorry, here Iâm making it nowâ. I ordered a black coffee with almond milk and honey. As sheâs starting the process over she notices that she DID make it but placed it in the online pickup section so she gave me that cup that was sitting there for about 7 minutes. Then when I walk out to my car and sit down the drink is leaking onto my shorts. Now this may not have been the fault of Manon because she said it was a bad cup. But then she poured out my coffee into another cup and sent me on my way. Now Iâm stuck with a warm cup of $7.00 coffee and Iâm debating whether to go back in and have her remake it. I had her remake it after all and I decided to buy a bag of beans and do it myself from home. Itâs such a shame because I was really enjoying the process of arriving, anticipating, and watching the barista show but I just donât want anything like that to happen...
   Read moreI like this place a lot. However this morning I got very disappointed due to their rejection of a reasonable accommodation request. I am Handicapped and I was early to work and decided to get coffee and breakfast. However I did not have enough time to download my power wheel chair and get in line and then upload my wheelchair back on the car so I called in explained my situation and requested if they could walk the order to my car that was parked right in front of their shop. I told them I pay cash so we are talking about an associate walking to my car and back to the store in 3 minutes. They said they are busy and they wonât do it.    Read moreDisappointing. I place my orders using the app. Half the time they either forget to make my drink or they make it incorrectly. I ask for almond milk and no powder for a reason. I have a dairy allergy so when they make it wrong, I end up sick for the rest of the day or I have to waste time going back to their store to remake it. Last time this happened they gave me a size smaller drink than what I paid for and gave me attitude when I asked for the correct size and correct drink. I'll be going to the Platt location from here on out as they are extremely friendly, always say hi when people come in, most of them call me by name and have my drink memorized!
