I worked with Tradeshow Internet for 4 consecutive years at a big gaming show across from the LA Convention Center (we rented a big lot & served free food to all show attendees, while presenting our games to the trade). Ian & his team came in, set up enough bandwidth to handle streaming video & internet service for our presentation trailers (Airstreams!). It could not have gone smoother! From ascertaining a best node for connecting (it’s VERY busy in DTLA), to set up & delivery of service, Ian & Co. were impeccable! I’m not the most technically literate, but he walked me through each step to get us where we needed to be, and then managed the event for IT (constant internet access was mandatory!). Our nursing and assisted living facilities gather together every year at a local boat ramp, during which we take our several hundred residents out onto the water on jet skis and pontoon boats. Getting internet at this remote location has been nearly impossible for years, but the portable Starlink station provided by TSI let us provide WiFi, WiFi calling and livestreaming of the full event with no issue.
