When purchasing, he took us all over the valley until we finally found an area we were comfortable with and was within our price range. It was a treat every time we walked into a potential property and without any hesitation, Allen could tell us everything we could possibly want to know. Including, the brand and types of floors, fixtures and other non-obvious pieces of the home. This helped cut through some of the typical misdirection…Oh, you think that vanity is nice, that’s the cheapest one at Lowe’s, etc. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was (as I like to say) ruthless! Speaking at least 4 different languages that I heard, he was able to negotiate in a way with all parties that I hadn’t seen before. He got us a great deal on the house, got a lot of things taken care of and even worked things out to extend our Escrow when a surprise tax issue popped up. We couldn’t have been happier.

Years later we decided to sell and move and once again Allen was an absolute rockstar. He was able to put a team together to do all the necessary updates and make our house look minty fresh for sale in less then two weeks. This included redoing our front yard with turf and giving the house some amazing curb appeal. All of this was optional to us, but I’m really glad we took his advice, because the return on investment he was able to get us was more than we thought we could get. We had nonstop showings and offers and we were closed within a week of listing. All of this Allen handled while my family and I were driving cross country to our new home. The amount of stress Allen took off our plate made our whole move so easy, which made us eternally grateful.

Both times, day or night, we could call or text Allen and he was super responsive and helpful. Whether we had questions or just needed advice, he was right there. He also never BS’d me and in fact, a couple times he set me straight haha. The point is, you can trust him implicitly! Working with Allen and his team was the best experience I could have asked for. He helped me find and purchase a townhome in Northridge and did my loan for me as well. Everything was seamless and worry free. This was my second time purchasing a property and decided to go with Boutique Realty because my first purchase was very stressful due to the first mortgage broker being difficult to work with.

For the purchase, Allen helped me narrow down properties specific to what I was looking for and he and his staff (Sammy and Ella) were great at meeting me for viewings and giving me their opinions as well as listening to my own feedback. Eventually we were able to find a place that was in my budget and had everything my fiancee and I wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day. We were so excited.

For the loan, I had spent a few months shopping around with various companies, both through recommendations and inbound calls from all over the country. I had talked for hours on the phone with brokers from Colorado, Maryland, Orange County, you name it. Eventually, when my offer on the property was accepted, Allen said he would be more than happy to let me work with any broker I wanted, as well as give me a quote for a loan with his office. When I got the loan estimate from Allen, it was better than any offer I had elsewhere and I went with him for the loan as well. We closed escrow 29 days later with no hiccups or frustration.

Allen was always easy to reach and available to talk me through any questions I had. We were on the phone regularly making sure every document was signed and every form was filled out. Through the whole process, Allen was able to send documents straight to my email which would allow me to docusign them, even from my phone. I can say with 100% that we got the best service possible and there is nothing more I could have asked for.
