The Human Bean — Restaurant in Caldwell

I mean, I get a coffee there EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Of my life.... I'm super loyal becuz I like their caramel mocha granita but umm..... when I first started going, they used to put A LOT MORE CARAMEL SAUCE in the thing. The one in Nampa and the one I've been to in Boise still give you a good amount, if even just a "normal" amount. Buuuuuuut, it must be the manager or something at this location because they are sooooooooooo skimpy on the caramel.... you can't even see ANY on the sides of the cup, even if you ASK and PAY for extra, you still get like, ummmm.... pretty much none. Sorry to complain, mgmt but I'm disappointed... you should treat your LOYAL, EVERYDAY customers who help keep you in business, better than this ... also, with the covid stuff, they are often out of 20 Oz cups so if you order a 20 Oz. Cold coffee, they put it in a 16oz hot cup but still take the exact same amount of $ from you.... I get this, but daaaaamn, hook up your regular with a free freaking coffee every now and again, since I am paying full price but getting shorted every day. Careful, this is the kinda stuff Starbucks gets sued millions of $$$ for... 😀❤ other than that, I love human bean and literally get 1 (or sometimes 2) cups of coffee...

Came in today before they closed and was treated poorly. My normal drink is never more than $4.50 and was over $5 this time. The blonde girl in a pink hoodie wearing a vest was rude when I asked why it was more, then handed me a drink made completely wrong and tasted horrible! Walked up to the window to let them know, and she didn’t even want to help. Didn’t open the window. Locked it and shut the sign off and when I said something that’s when she opened the window. I come here often and almost hardly ever have an issue with a drink being made wrong. If I have, I’ve talked to the manager or whoever is working and it’s fixed right away. I tried talking to the girl and asking her to remake the drink and she just handed it off to another girl to make and it’s just as bad, if not worse than the first drink. Shut the window in my face and won’t acknowledge anyone. They’re making comments inside about not being able to leave, and have piss poor attitudes. I really hope this doesn’t continue to happen. I do like the coffee I usually get here but if they’re working, I’m not buying coffee anymore. No one should be paying over $5 for bad coffee and...

Sugar free rockstar with sugar free watermelon and strawberry syrup is the bomb!

Only complaint; every time I go to any of the human bean locations, I tell them I want a sugar free rockstar with sugar free watermelon and strawberry syrup. They always give me a 32 oz cup and charge me $3.71. The other day I went to the human bean on lake hazel and five mile (the one I go to the most) and when I ordered my drink the girl taking the orders at the car window questioned my order; then I thought we figured it out but when I got up to the window they gave me my drink in a 16 oz cup and charged me $4.08. I didn’t have time to deal with it as I had to get to work so I just took my drink but I was so irritated that I was charged more for a smaller drink. N did I mention I get this drink almost every day? So I’m not sure what the confusion was. I was very disappointed. I’m pretty sure I was charged for the two different syrups which is bull. I hope this doesn’t happen again. They all need to get on the same page on how they make certain...
