First and foremost I am not mad anymore but I am very disappointed in this company, I went in to look and planned to buy a Polaris Sportsman 450 H.O I didn't have any intention in buying that same day but the salesman was able to find one in a crate and I was like well I need a trailer to and he was able to get me a trailer there same day, so all feels well, but I didn't think about needing straps just didn't cross my mind, I didn't think about a winch, hand warmers, any type of accessories, and wasn't offered anything, it was snowing and nasty out, apparently they can sell you a extended warranty to but never got offered that, all in all I'm not mad at the salesman he wasn't horrible he was actually a really nice guy but just didn't give me any options and granted I didn't ask it doesn't matter, well i needed straps and they said the straps are 20 each I needed at least 4 but would need 8 because I was later that day going to buy a used atv as well, well they said best they can do is 18 each, to me still ridiculous, I spent almost 10k with them and got literally nothing besides a base model atv no accessories, not to mention the trailer I bought is built for 2 atvs well you can't even propery secure the atvs to these trailers such a horrible design and even the owner couldn't figure out how to secure it with 4 straps they said their straps would work perfect, for it, that is not true at all the trailers design is not good and it already has paint chipping off, talked to another salesmen he tried to make things right and although he was offering some good things he said he would have to order the winch and hand warmers, well I called carls cycles and they had everything in stock and I explained my situation and they gave me a massive discount and to say the least I was hoping grizzlys would try a bit harder but they just kept saying their hands are tied because they didn't wanna lose money is basically what I could hear but it's definitely okay for me to lose money, all in all I'll never step foot in this place again, unless they decide to try and actually make it right but as I expect they probably won't so it is what it is and I don't think this place is horrible but I think people need to be aware a little more and I understand we all have...
Read moreGrizzly sports is hands down one of the best service departments departments when it comes to working on your Polaris. I had a very serious 4 wheel drive issue happen and it was under an extended warranty. Bart and his team Were able to diagnose the problem only to find out it was a combination of issues. Once this was turned in to the warranty company they were trying to deny the claim. Bart went to bat for me and made it happen. The techs did good work as well. I shout out to Cameron for always being able to work me in in the schedule one way or another. Thank you to Vance for your knowledge and professionalism every time I come in. I am a Firm believer in customer service and you guys definitely went over the top for me this time! Thank you for all that you you did for me! You guys will always have my business!
Edit 5/15/2023 These guys never stop helping the customer! Again today the service dept was awesome. I had a dilemma about what to do about a clutch situation. It is going to cost a few bucks to fix especially with the upgrades I have in my XPT. I am tossed between goin stock and upgrading or going aftermarket. They gave me some great advice in different options. Cameron said to me these words. "Do what's right for you not what you think we want you to do"! Many dealers would push their parts and labor on you and tell you that's the only way to go! Not these guys, sure they want your business and want to sell part but they want you to be happy with what ever you do. They honestly have the best interest in mind for the customer. Read moreI was originally dead set on buying a Honda Talon. I stopped at the Honda dealership and the salesman there wasn't very helpful when I was asking about when they'd have any in inventory just a "we'll know when they get here anything else?" So I went down the street to Grizzly just to browse and I ended up talking to Alan and he answered all of my questions for quite a long time and wasn't trying to push anything on me. I felt comfortable here and liked the hospitality, so I put my order in. Not only that but I bought $4k in accessories because they put them on for free if you order the machine here! The process was quick and easy and not a bunch of hidden fees like I've experienced with other dealerships. They delivered my RZR to my house with a full tank of gas. Not all of my accessories showed up but they let me take my machine and offered to install the parts later when they arrived. Now that is customer service!
