I know others have had a bad experience at this location but barring a few underwhelming bowls, I have always been treated very well here. I feel Iām getting the full value of my money and the staff are generally very friendly. The bowls they build me are absolutely beautiful and 9 times out of 10 I leave the store feeling happier than I do almost any other day of the week.
I think if the franchise owner cares to make this location succeed, they should continue to focus on coaching staff to be generous in filling orders, consistent with food quality, and focused on maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere. The reason I pay extra to go to Chipotle is because I want clean macros and a lot of calories. If someone thinks two half scoops of rice = double rice, I wonāt say anything but silently hope I never get that worker again. Teaching frontline employees to take ownership of the customer experience and empathize with customer needs is the best way to provide high class service.
Iāll keep coming to this location exclusively and rooting for its success. I donāt eat anywhere else and I hope the bad reviews here are addressed. I agree the chips are hit or miss but Iām not as affected by that so I wonāt reflect it...

Donāt come here if itās 9 pm or later , if any meat choices are out they donāt cook and refill it , and they will also service you Burnt to dried out meat. Any time you ask for steak and they donāt have it they say sorry we are āout of steakā meaning they donāt want to cook it even though they are open for another hour. The service should be just as fresh and as good as when itās first opened. Staff is rude about it as well. Not all, but most. Donāt stay open until ten if youāre going to close everything down at 9 and give you the slim pickings for an hour that the store is left open. I get it you want to clean . But if youāre going to claim to be open until 10 , serve until 10 or adjust your ours or standards . also, when you ask for double meat, which they do charge for her as soon as you say it. They will give you depending on the person just half a scoop more. Itās like no I donāt mind paying for it so please just do it correctly. Two times ago I had to ask this girl Stephanie that has dark hair and looks miserable every time I go in there.
