I came for lunch to enjoy the all you can eat buffet. I enjoyed my salad first but noticed the spinach and lettuce was wilted in most areas. I went to try the variety of pizzas next. There was ham + pineapple, pepperoni, supreme, all cheese, and Buffalo chicken + jalapenos. I thought there would be more options. I physically can't eat pork. I love spicy chicken. I grabbed two cheese pizzas and a buffalo chicken. The cheese pizza tasted sweet and I did not like it. I went to go get more buffalo chicken and that seemed to be the number one seller because it was gone fast. Still having a good hour for all you can eat, I asked the front of house if the cook would be making more buffalo pizza. They were polite enough and provided the right expectations that it is the cook's decision so no promises but they will ask. After some time another employee came by my table asking if everything was ok. I informed them I could only eat the buffet pizza and only had one slice, so I was waiting for the buffalo pizza. She said she would check. 20 minutes later a supreme pizza and a sausage pizza came out. They stopped checking on me and all hid in the back. I waited 10 more minutes and kept checking the pizza bar but no new pizzas came out. I was very sad because that was the only Pizza I could have eat and I only got one slice. A salad, a drink and one slice of pizza was not worth the price I paid. The salad bar was very dirty. The atmosphere was very hot due to fire. I didn't think it was kid friendly. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would but Google makes you give at least 1 star. Arrived at 7:20pm, ordered a medium pizza and some bread twists. Paid for our food and they said they'd have it right out for us shortly. We waited over an hour for our meal tonight, which never made it to our table, watched 3 different groups of people who came in after us get their food and the staff continued to walk past our empty table without checking on us. At one point, 5 of their staff were standing together at the front counter talking to each other about who knows what. We finally walked up with our empty plates and asked for a refund. If this was the first time, I probably wouldn't be leaving a review but it's the second time in a row we've had an "oopsy" happen with this Idaho Pizza - first time was not even a full month ago when we ordered a delivery that was not delivered to us until we called them again 2 hrs after we originally ordered. All they did tonight was make up an excuse that they "must've lost our ticket" even though they found it pretty quick once we asked for a refund, "it's crazy busy" when it wasn't busy at all when we first got there (upon getting our refund, their wait card at the front said 20-25 minute wait) and then they gave us a certificate for our medium pizza and bread twists but who knows when we'll come back to use it. Read moreTuesday after mothers day weekend , I called to get two pizza's delivered to my home . My wife received the pizza's and enjoyed hers . I came home much later to find the large pizza I ordered wasn't even the correct pizza . The next morning I called the Caldwell location asked to speak with a manager , the person said he was the assistant Mgr and wanted to help me , so I explained what happened. He wanted to make another pizza rite then and send it to my home . I said no , so he offered to send me a free certificate for a replacement pizza for another day . So I gave him my address and he said he would make sure to get the staff to send it rite out in the mail . I gave it 9 days ( as the mail is slow to cross town ) after it not showing up in the mail , I called the location again and asked for a mgr on duty , the person responded it was him ( sounded like the first guy that I had spoken with 9 days ago , any way I told him the story and he said he would make sure that certificate would be sent out this time ( the office people would get it done ) . It is now June 6th and no pizza certificate yet ! I'm thinking that this chain doesn't need my business anymore ! ! ! Perhaps Smokey Mountain or Pizza Hut would like a new customer ! ! !
