Lily is amazing! I just have to say that I usually try to write a positive review places because I just don't think people do enough positive reviews, and sometimes I even have to wait a few times before I have something positive to say. But I can honestly tell you that Lily is an exceptionally special person, she remembers me every time I come, and just today she saw me waiting in line and I was so excited to say hi to her, and then I saw her head in so I thought oh it's her time to switch out. Too bad we missed her. No, she had gone in because she had seen me and grabbed my drink and a pup cup because she knew my puppy was going to want a pup cup, and walked it all the way out to the street where I was still sitting. She made my heart just melts and I just adore her. You have a lovely staff all of them are lovely they really are, but I light up when I see her because she really remembers us and no matter what she's doing she will go make sure that my pup has a pup cup and go grab my drink so I don't have to wait too long. Your staff always make sure that we have top-notch product, the young man the other day who saw that my drink had melted before I got to the window made sure to make me a fresh one and I was having such a rough day anyway and that made my day as well, and they're always kind lovely and pleasant and cheerful. Read moreNormally we have a great experience with Dutch Bro's, we are VERY frequent customers. Tonight was the worst service we have EVER had. We walked up to the window to order 2 drinks, 4 cars were served through the drive through in the time from taking our order till we were handed our drinks. One of our drinks was made incorrectly and we asked for it to be redone. The very young man at the counter then miked additional soy and flavors together and took the drink that had already been handed to us and the cup that he measured the new ingredients in into the back area to burn them all together. We stated to a young lady who is working that that was incorrect the drink had been made wrong and that all he was doing was adding new stuff to it and asked again for the drink to be remade. She and the young man came back from the back area and handed us the drink and told us that it was now correct. I stated to them that I wanted the drink redone and they got all upset they did finally remake the drink. The girl was very rude stating that they make 100's of complicated drinks everyday and on occasion they are going to get things wrong. I stated to her that that was understandable to make mistakes but the attitude and that a customer asks for something a certain way and that that is what they are wanting to buy what they ordered then that is what you make. Read moreI love Dutch Bros but the attitude you get from the kids that work at this location is horrible. I will drive the extra few minutes to go to the one by the freeway. They constantly don’t get your drink right but make you feel like it’s your fault. Customer service is you should maybe repeat the drink order back to your customers to make sure you get it right. This would probably save you on making them wrong. It’s sad actually the drinks are not consistent. Taste different depending on who makes it. The staff working today was just down right rude. I asked to speak to the manager or get there name and she kept trying to get me a lead like she didn’t want to tell me who the manager was. I have spent so much money at that Dutch Bros but not anymore. It’s sad you tip them before you even taste your drink and 90% of the time if it isn’t a freeze or tea something pre-made they screw it up. But like now days it’s the customers fault. I wouldn’t tip until you know your drink is right. Tips are for great customer service and to get the drink you requested. Tips are NOT required they are earned and I think Dutch Bros has forgotten this.
