Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Caldwell

I love their hamburgers and tacos! But they always make me wait forever! Add on to last review---

At or around 9:15 AM, sat June 17, 23. The lady taking orders seemed irritated with me for ordering. I said I wanted to try the new chicken bisket. I repeat my order a few times because she kept asking if I awaited bacon sausage or chicken. After repeating myself 3 time I just drove to the window. Visually I could see her irritation. Not long after paying I was asked to pull forward to the front. Now I've worked in fast food and I know that there's a timer and you guys are rated based on your times. Fine, but while I'm waiting for the water I asked, another lady whom I believe to be the shift lead or manager asks me again to pull forward. All in all I've been here about 15 minutes. I ordered the French toast platter and got the regular platter. I repeated my order when I was at the window to make sure that I was getting what I asked for and it still came out wrong. --- add on --- I informed that my order was incorrect and was asked if I wanted to just pay for the extra French toast. When I said "No, I want what I asked for." The girl that took my order looked at me as if I was being rude. After waiting another 5 minutes the manager lady gave me a new order and let me keep the mistake order. Only reason I changed from a 1...

I went to Jack in The box here on ustick. I rarely eat here and when I do something's usually off. Today I ordered a jumbo Jack no cheese curly fries grande root beer with light ice. At the mic and window I asked for fresh fries. Both times I was given fries from the same batch which were crunchy hard and not curly fries this was the end of the batch. I do not want crunchy I want soft that's what I pay for. I simply stated that the oil might need changed out and not the second fries they gave me were also looking like they were from the same batch. So I waited again for the window the third time and ask for napkins oh actually I didn't get napkins at all I asked for ranch. The lady was polite but I could tell I was being ignored. The meal was not satisfying due to the dry burger after asking for extra sauce and fries that sat in oil to long or were not handled correctly and...

We went through the drive-thru and had to pull around and wait. After over 5 minutes I went in to see what was going on. Two employees were bickering behind the counter. One of the four girls came out to greet me, she was very nice, but the other two we're lightly bickering behind the counter, and the manager was on the grill. I continued to wait for my food and they didn't even know what was going on or what food I was actually supposed to get. They said, "Here's a coupon for your time." It was for a free fountain drink on your next visit. That coupon is going in the trash because I will not be visiting again. When I got home and gave the food to my wife. She opened it up and the burger was cold, she was very unhappy! Oh, by the way I only live 5 minutes from that Jack in the Box. It may have been an off day, but man it...
