I ordered 12 hats. 6 of 1 design, 6 of another. I was given a proof for 6 of them, and then the whole order of 12 was shipped without a proof for the other design.
From this point on, starting at the shipping notification, over the course of over a month, Dekni would ignore all further communication with me. Overall, I was ignored entirely by 2 separate representatives over the course of several polite email attempts. I had already engaged in communication prior concerning the proofs, so it was clearly established they could receive my emails.
I have never written a negative Google review in my life, but not sure what other recourse I have in this case, seeing as Dekni's social media presence has been silent for 6 years.
I have made many reasonable attempts to contact Dekni without any luck.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the hats I did receive looked great, despite the order overall being wrong, and them choosing to not engage and make it right. I now have to take my business elsewhere to get the proper product, and I suppose eat the price I paid for the...

Extremely disappointed and concerned.
I ordered hats on August 13 that were from a previous order. I had been communicating with Chad, who was quick to respond for the time it took me to put my credit card down and purchase everything.
From that point on, I was told my hats would ship at the end of the week….that was over two weeks ago. I have since followed up THREE times with NO RESPONSE about where my order is at.
At this point I have to contemplate contacting my credit card company to file against them for failure to produce goods. Extremely disappointed as I’ve worked for a small apparel company before.

Customer service was a huge marker for me and they worked with us on our logo, its format, the color combos and stitching styles; altering and adjusting it with PDF mock-ups until we were confident in taking them to print. The folks in the office answered all of my questions, getting info from the printing and embroidery department in order to answer my queries as well as checking to see if they could stock a product they didn’t have that I was especially keen on using. Free shipping on orders over $1,000 was also a big interest for my company.
