I do not recommend CR Glass because Chris is far more concerned with being right than getting the job done right. The summarized version is that if there's a problem, it's like pulling teeth to get Chris out. If he does come out, he acts unprofessionally by bullying the customer with his attitude and anger issues (see proof in my pics).

Prior to install, Chris was a pleasure to work with which is why I moved forward. At time of install though, I saw another side to Chris. I let him in my home and he didn't bother to greet me. Then, I informed him to use my back staircase to carry the glass through. With attitude, he told me rather than asked me that I needed to accommodate him. I'm the paying customer and the vendor should be accommodating me not the other way around. Chris apologized and informed me that he had a bad morning because his guy flaked at the last minute. I accepted his apology and let it go.

After install, I noticed water leaking from one spot of the glass. I informed Chris and shared my opinion on the source of the water leak. Without inspecting the issue first, he blamed my shower design and starting quoting pricing via text. I thought this was odd considering I have a warranty. I had my husband reach out to him since Chris and we weren't seeing eye to eye. Chris ignored my husband's text. After a lot of follow up, Chris finally came out. To no surprise, he starts giving me his attitude once again saying things like, "if you're going to be worried about every drop of water." This is very unprofessional considering a puddle forms rather than one drop of water outside my shower (see pic). Instead of doing his own due diligence on the matter, he made adjustments solely based on my opinion. In true Chris like fashion, he turned nice at the end and apologized. My husband wasn't going to settle so he spent a few minutes and determined that the water leak was coming from their clamp not being properly siliconed. At this point we're beyond angry, not because Chris didn't find the issue but because he didn't try plus the hassle and attitude he gave us just to come out. So, we informed CR Glass. Robin professionally replied that they'd fix it. Although frustrated, we were fine with that. Chris on the other hand couldn't leave well enough alone and responded unprofessionally. On 8/3/18, Robin said she'd get back to me with a date when they'd repair. To this day, still nothing. I've wasted so much time, energy and have been consumed with stress due to this company. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Chris and CR Glass. I purchased a glass shower door and since then we have had nothing but issues trying to keep the door closed. Every shower is a fight. I reach out to Chris asking him to come take a look at the shower hoping he would be able make adjustments to get it to stay closed and he stated he was having childcare issues and was not able to make it.
