I just had my daughters 1st birthday party 2 days ago and I could not wait to post a review. I have organized and hosted many parties for my family and I always end up using different party rental companies because I'm never satisfied with their services the first time around. This time I had by far the best experience ever!!! I came across Grand Party Rentals on my way to a party supply store and decided to ask about their services and prices, that were great by the way. I took a card and left because I didn't think they would deliver to my home in Cathedral City, when they're located in Beaumont. However, I called another day and spoke to Ruthy, who was extremely helpful and said they could deliver the equipment to my home with no additional fee. I rented a jumper, tents, round tables, chairs, and linens that Ruthy special ordered for me since they didn't have the color I wanted. Miguel came and set everything up the day before our party and picked everything up the day after. I am so happy with the customer service I recieved and the experience I had. I will definitely be using Grand Party Rentals for my next party, thank you so much...

THE ONLY ONES WE TRUST FOR OUR PARTIES! We throw a ton of parties, and every time we need chairs, tables, canopies, bouncers, tablecloths, lighting, whatever we need… we look to them. Their items are always clean, in mint condition. Bouncers are clean and sanitized - not breaking down, they keep them in fantastic condition. Tablecloths, ironed and pressed. We have turf, so they take care to make sure that our turf is not damaged as well - Which is insanely important to us! Every single one of their employees from calling to delivery and pick up are so genuine, kind, and respectful! They have almost become like family to us because of their genuine kindness and love of what they do. They are always looking to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy.
