While vacationing in Cambria, I saw a shirt I wanted to buy for my husband but they didn't have his size on the rack. An employee checked their inventory and it showed the store having one XL(size I needed) she re-checked rack and looked in back but was unable to locate the XL. I really liked the shirt so when I returned home to Washington state I called the store, described the shirt to an employee and told her of my previous attempt to purchase it while in the store and asked if I could possibly have the store order it in XL and ship it to me. The employee checked inventory again and it showed the store still having an XL so she checked stock room again and FOUND it!! I was thrilled! I purchased the shirt and made arrangements for it to be shipped to me. I called on a Tuesday and Friday of the same week I had the shirt!! One of our favorite spots in Cambria, high quality clothes and excellent service. Kimberly was very friendly and went beyond to meet our needs.

Update: We were interested in a nice leather coat for my wife, but they didn't have the proper size. We were told they could ship it free from their warehouse. When it arrived it was not the same coat, made of a lighter and not as well made material. One side was longer than the other, and it had less buttons and different pockets. While the store is great, the customer service is awful, the employees were rude and condescending. We couldn’t get them to help us with shoes and then they argued about my shoe size! Do not support this location! Go to the Carmel store where everyone is nice...
