They run the gamut, selling both new and used equipment from high end to low end and also repairing all of the above on site as well. Claimed it would be restored to factory condition. Should have known then there would be issues, but I brought in my turntable. After picking it up, was surprised to find that basic functions were jammed. Had to bring it back multiple times before issues were fixed. I bought a pair of Audeze headphones from Audio Lab, which sounded fantastic, but I had to return as they were too uncomfortable for long duration listening for me. No hassles returning at all, and I was even given suggestions with different pairs to try. I'm sure some other stores would have had an attitude; none here.
