Great addition to Harvard Square's quick-serve dining options. I like that they're an all-day cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I visited for breakfast and had the egg & cheese sandwich (an over-easy egg served on a fresh and tasty poppyseed roll), a cinnamon cruller, and a 4-shot Americano. The coffee was surprisingly good - dark, robust, and smooth without any of the astringent sourness that seems to have gained popularity among some coffee afficionados these days. The decor is clean and inviting, although I really wish they had some European-style bistro tables suitable for 1 or 2 people, rather than just the high-top seating with a few low tables along the wall. Service was exemplary - three different staff members assisted me and all were friendly and professional. I'll definitely add this place to my current rotation of Harvard...

I visit frequently for coffee and lunch as a quick walk from my office at Harvard. All the employees there are so helpful and friendly. I always get great service from Carlos the GM and Pablo the barista. I enjoy grabbing a quick meal to go or sitting to chat when the space isn’t too busy. It’s a great way to get out of the office for a bit. This week I ordered catering for an event at my office. Carlos and the local team were incredibly helpful getting my order together with a quick turnaround and helping to get me in touch with catering. I’ve been here two times now once for lunch and once for breakfast and both times have been great. For lunch I had the tuna melt, which was overall good a little on the dryer side, but would definitely get again as well as the chicken sandwich. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially during the opening week. For breakfast i got takeout with their Lovechild sandwich, which was amazing, but I will Say the cream cheese filling of the croissant may be a little much for some people. In general though the breakfast sandwiches are perfect size and the croissants are delicious so definitely a top spot for me. Pastries, including the crawlers and cookies...
