I had a horrible experience with who I assume to be the owner’s daughter. I booked an appointment for my daughter to go see dresses and find her dream dress for her special day. She tried on the first one, we all loved it but she wanted to try more, this said girl hesitated and started making excuses so she wouldn’t have to take the dresses off the mannequins, which I don’t understand why they have people make an appointment if they won’t even give us the time of day, she took down one more dress and that was it, anything else my daughter was considering she kept making faces and giving us excuses on why she shouldn’t pick that one, my daughter just wanted the experience of trying on dresses. We ended up buying the first dress she tried mostly because we didn’t have that much time till her big day. The dress was bought in February, we were told the dress should’ve been in by May, comes end of May and we still haven’t heard anything, I call them and again this said girl asks for a number on the receipt in order to look for the dress, I told her I didn’t have it, she didn’t even offer another way she could look it up, and I know it could’ve been done, since that same day one of my family members called and he was able to get the information without the receipt. He was told that the dress would be there in 2 weeks max, 2 weeks pass and we haven’t heard anything, he calls on a weekend and was told someone would contact him the beginning of the week, he call on Tuesday of said week before opening time, he called several times but only because he didn’t look up the opening time which is 11 am, so he just kept on calling early morning. Once again this said girl now calls me very angry and begins to tell me in a super rude tone that it is ridiculous that he has called that many times, I told her that if she is going to be in the business she should expect for people to call that many times, that he did nothing wrong but call because we needed an update on the dress, the party was less than a month away and we needed the dress asap for a photography session, we had deadlines to meet. She then told me very angry and annoyed that she hadn’t heard from the company where the dress was coming from and that she had to pay 200 dollars to have the dress expedited, I still have no idea why if the dress was bought in February, I did tell her that it wasn’t my problem they had to pay, she should’ve made us aware something was going on, she got even angrier when I told her that, so she told me she was going to cancel our order, began swearing at me and then proceeded to hang up the phone. After reasoning with the owner she assured my family member the dress would be there the end of the week. If it wasn’t because my daughter’s quinceañera was less than a month away, I would’ve absolutely cancelled the order and I would’ve taken my money elsewhere. I highly suggest people not to go there, not to mention the store has absolutely no space to even walk around. This said employee does not belong working with the public. Read moreWe came here to look for a shorter dress to wear after my larger quinceañera dress. The dresses were very pretty but i did not like the customer service. I would have bought a lot of things here if It weren’t for the bad customer service. One of the ladies who helped us was very kind and didn’t mind showing us the dresses. On the other hand, the other lady had a lot of attitude from the moment we stepped in. She kept making rude comments about the dresses I liked. I tried on 3 dresses two of which I didn’t like, when I asked to try on one last dress the oldest lady there made a rude comment to my mom about how we “can’t be trying on all the dresses” so my mom responded by telling her to have some patience. This lady proceeded to raise her voice at my mother telling her that that’s “not how it works” and had an extreme attitude towards my mother telling her that we couldn’t try on all the dresses and that if the shop were full we wouldn’t be able to try on “the whole store.” My mom told her that 1. The shop wasn’t full. and 2. she had to be more patient with her customers if she actually wanted business. I want to say that these were not big dresses and did not take much time to get off the mannequins. Also, the women who helped us never let us know about any set “limit” for the amount of dresses we could try on, so obviously we were going to try on however many dresses we wanted. I ended up not trying the last dress I wanted to try. What was unfortunate about this experience was that my mom had planned to buy not only my dress, but her dress, my sisters dress, my crown, my bear, and maybe even my bouquet there. If you want customers to abide by your policy than frame it where we can see. It wasn’t so much the policy but the attitude. We did ordered the dress because it wasn’t so much about helping you as a store but what my daughter wanted and for you to cancel the order because a review just shows how immature and unprofessional this business or whoever runs it.
