Belk — Local services in Camden

I'm giving this location a 2 rating only due to the second person who helped me at the Estee Lauder counter... I believe her name was Kristina. If not for her, I would rate the store as a 1... due to awful customer service at the perfume counter. I visit this particular location throughout the year, but will not from this point forward. This location lacks staffing and decent customer service reps. The on-call manger Zandra is horrible with customers and she should be retrained on the attitude when upsetting a customer. It took the store manager (Eric) 2.5 business day to return a call and that was not including Christmas day that the store was closed. He was not helpful at all... poor, poor customer service. DON'T TRY TO DO ANY RETURN AT THE COSMETIC COUNTER! NO CUSTER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!!!! TIFFANY at the cosmetic counter will make you wait in that store till she finishes a woman who she just started doing makeup on before she will process a ONE ITEM RETURN! She told me she'd find someone to help me and she didn't. She went right back to looking for makeup. She then told me to go to the women's register , I told her they don't do returns. I got what I needed and checked out. The lady at the register was helpful and polite. Simple. It's a department store with stuff to buy, if you cannot find the product or size you are looking for, they have an App for that. Simple. I am a grown person and don't need help picking out my underwear so I appreciate just being able to wander around and decide in peace what to buy.
