Where is the negative 5- stars when you need one! Horrible experience. Lady named Brooke went at my head like she was splitting firewood -Knocking my head around with every stroke - Gouging my scalp with her plastic gauge. I finally had to pull my head a way and ask her to calm down and take it easy. She replied "this is how i do it". I told her to stop doing that way because it hurt. She put her clippers away and took off the cape and said I could get someone else to finish it. I said i would pay and leave. She continued to be horribly rude yelling at me. I told her she does not get to be rude to me and that i was kind to her. I asked to speak to the manager. I asked to see the manager. The manager, Michelle was silent like she was afraid to speak. I told her her employee had a problem that needed to be dealt with. Brooke stood at the back ofnthe shop yelling at me the entire time i tried to calmly speak to the manager about what happened. The manager dis not ask her to stop yelling at me. My hair is half cut but there was no way i was staying there. Im 51 years old. Ive had a few rough haircuts in my days. This was beyond words the worst experience in the chair. But after that the treatment of the staff was the most disgraceful thing...

I got a haorcut the other day. I had shoulder length hair, and I havent had a haircut in over 2 years. I go in and tell this largerblack woman that I want an inch on the sides and 3-4 on the top. I tell her Im taking it off because I hate how long it has gotten. but I am not surehow low I want to go. so lets start with 4 inch the. we can trim it down. Then she proceeds to turn me around and buzz the sides of my head. I didnt see a problem with this as you can get a 1 inch length from a buzz. Before I know it she starts buzzing the top. To late. I went from shoulder length hair to having barely a half an inch on my head.

The best part was she then blamed me afterwards because The numbers correspond to buzz cover sizes and I should have known that. I wont ever be going back. This woman absolutely destroyed my hair. Dont mistake the smile for being happy...

Always hit or miss with this place. A few years ago, I needed a quick trim for a wedding that I was asked to be in last minute. Long story short, I had to purchase extensions for my hair after receiving a "trim" from this place. Decided to go in recently to get another trim, and am now in the same situation. I guess it is my fault, I thought I would have learned my lesson the first time. The stylist who did my hair here recently completely ignored my request, and decided to take it upon herself to do whatever she wanted with my hair. Currently trying to fix this mess, which is going to end up costing me a whole paycheck.

Looking at other reviews after posting mine and I see that my experience is not unique. I see more negative comments than positive ones. Seems to be the same complaints over and over again...clearly something...
