This is by far one of the worst furniture stores I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Poor organization as well as communication. My fiancé and I purchased a new bedroom set from here. After my fiancé and the sales associate agreed on a day for furniture to be delivered they attempted to bring our furniture a week early which we were not prepared for. When our actual delivery date had come around we didn’t receive a call to notify us of when they were going to deliver our furniture so we decided to call and find out the time for delivery which was between 3-5. We had a hard time trying to process why it would take so long considering they don’t seem like they don’t get much business but we didn’t question it. Around 4:30 we notice we still hadn’t received a call so we call back. Cindy told us that the delivery guys had been by our house knock on our door several times, left a note, and called us. NONE of which happened simply because they had the incorrect address on file. When asked why was the information incorrect she stated that if they didn’t update the information in the computer the deliverers went by what was in the system which totally defeated the purpose of filling out the new forms that were given to us when we initially went to the store. She repeatedly stated that the deliverers had been calling us even after we told her we had been sitting at home all day waiting for them and had never received a call. When asked why they couldn’t come and deliver our furniture today she stated they were already gone for the day... mind you they DO NOT close until 5pm. It was 4:30pm. There was no manager in the store that we could talk to at the time. We were told she wouldn’t be back in the store until Tuesday. After explaining how unprofessional, unpleasant, and inconvenient they are the only thing she had to offer was they would have our bed set in on Monday. Needless to say our bedroom has no furniture in it. Luckily we have our guest bedroom. She was not at all apologetic. She came off as if it wasn’t her problem that we didn’t have our furniture. Store was clean and pleasant, but the sales man was sorta rude. Older gentleman made no effort to acknowledge me, choosing only to talk to my father who was with me. I’m willing to ignore that most of the time but it was persistent the entire sale. After I had decided on what I wanted to buy he tells my father the price , nearly half that which was listed on the tag. I immediately call that out and ask if the price is reduced because the item is damaged? He outright ignores me and continues to talk the features of the piece. Making a few jokes about a woman’s opinion/ taste in regards to some features. A few minutes later he pull one of the most generic salesmen tricks and ‘realizes’ the price he gave was wrong but no worries “I’ll talk to the manager”. Magically he was able to make a deal but we have to consider the sale as is and no returns. Convenient. We are getting the paperwork all together and another employee starts moving some things to the side and pulls out another of the same item tucked in a corner, this is the one they were actually going to sell us, and conveniently this one has a massive crack on the side and is missing a support board on the back. No wonder it is magically 50% off and no returns. At the end of the day we still took the deal and I’m sure I can repair the damage easy enough, but I really did not appreciate the underhanded tactics of the salesperson. This is the worst furniture store ever! I got furniture from them and 3 days later I told them I didn't want the TV and they could come get the TV! They told me I had to bring it back myself when I paid for it to be delivered! I just had a newborn baby and a C-Setion at that. I couldn't lift the TV. The fireplace TV stand NEVER worked! The kitchen set was NEVER put together correct! All but 2 chairs out of 4 are able to sit in. Now they're taking me to court and all of the stuff I got doesn't even work! I told them to come get the furniture and they told me to bring it back because they don't pick it up! Like what in the world! They call me job harassing me about the items, they call my cell phone everyday even after I told them to come get their stuff which is a bunch of GARBAGE! And their manager is a real disrespectful person! I wouldn't recommend this furniture...
