Minute Mart — Local services in Camp Verde

I would give zero stars but not able to do on 6-25-2023 @ 11:30pm.I walked in to the store and the customer at the counter was asking the cashier for her change because she was given 7.00 less then she was owed.cashier handed her cash and she left pretty upset. I paid for my items and total was 12.23 and gave the cashier A 50 bill cashier gave me 35.00 cash and no receipt as I walked out I realized her mistake and asked for my receipt which showed she gave me 37.72 back which was incorrect. I went in and pointed out her miscalculation and she proceeded to tell me she gave me the 37.72 and I was wrong.i asked her to watch video and she never handed me any change just 35 cash. She refused so I asked her for managers phone number, she mumbled then opened the cash drawer and handed me two dollar bills from under cash drawer separate from other cash. I asked for my .72 and she reached back and scooped out .72 exactly and never had to count it had been held separately because she had kept the money and was pocketi g customers change. I told her that she needed a new hustle because she was no good at this one. She cussed and told me to chill, so I explained to her the power of a customer call to her manager , did nothing care. I figured out the other customer was short changed as well by 7.00 and this girl was doing who knows how many people. Either way watch your change around d the long dark hair cashier who works nights. She will short change you and keep that money. The night cashier with the long dark hair is incredibly rude. He made it so obvious that I was annoying him by making him have to check me out. I asked him if I annoyed him because he had to stop mopping to check me out and he nodded his head yes. I apologized to him and then thought why am I apologizing when I this is his job. I stop in during my work travels every 10 days or so to fill my tank, buy snacks and small gifts for friends and family. He has been rude in the past but never this rude. I asked "you're seriously annoyed by me right now?" and he said "yeah." At that point I decided not to purchase the stuff and told him if checking me out annoys him I would rather go somewhere else. I usually come in spend maybe 5 minutes in there and use 1 to 2 minutes of his time to check me out. I don't ask a bunch of questions, I just mind my business and have him ring me up some gifts/gas/food.. This is the first time I have written a bad review because I try to take into account people have bad days, but this man seems to always have a bad day and was overly rude for absolutely no reason other than doing what he...

Stopped here moments ago because my license plate lost a screw. I asked the front ladies if they had anything to hold my plate with & one of the fellow cashiers pulled out a large container filled with miscellaneous little parts (that were found over time in the parking lot)! Gabby immediately started going through them, to help me find what I needed, while assisting customers at checkout! We ended up finding exactly what I needed & I am very pleased with the service I was given, definitely recommend stopping here again!...
