Have been a repeat customer with this store since they’ve opened , have spend hundreds of dollars here from vapes , to glass pieces, torches, kratom, etc. always loved the place , the owner , people working at the store have always been friendly. However tonight they lost a loyal customer and supporter of local business . Reason why is because I bought two vapes last night and after unwrapping one of the two , one didn’t even work . Didn’t light up , no smoke or vapor came out . Attempted to charge it and still wouldn’t charge or come on. Faulty vape right , I attempted to come into the store the next evening after work and the woman who helped me the day before denied a replacement and says once the vape leaves the store it cannot be returned , I understand if you guys have your policy but yall should be having us test the vapes leaving the store then if some do not work. This is a horrible way to treat a repeat customer who has never had any complaints or issues with the product before. The manager really doesn’t know anything about vapes, or smoke products, or really anything to justify him being manager. Philip was the last good guy to work there. Luckily after the last time I went there and got ANOTHER product that I was advised to get by the manager, I decided to try another vape shop locally and as luck would have it I ran into Philip, not happy with this shop anymore used to be good when Philip and Indy ran it but William is a nimrod.
