Unfortunately, I have to take back everything I said in this review just a few days ago. My husband and I actually went into the subway this time today because Uber eats was turned off so you could not order for delivery to your house. Again, I’m not feeling well. I called the store to see if I was making a mistake or if they knew Uber Eats was shut off. The phone rang for a long time they answered it, and then hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake so I called back well they answered it and hung up on me again. I called one more time just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. By now, my husband’s calling from his phone. They answered the phone ready to speak to him. So obviously they know who I am from the review below and they were answering the phone and then hanging up on me. So we got in the truck my husband drove me to town so we could get something to eat again I’m already not feeling well. So we get there and I decide it is what it is. I was glad to get out of the house. The lobby and all of their tables on the tables under the tables and on the seats are constantly filthy. I have always given them grace because they appear to be busy. In all actuality they’re not really that busy there is four of them and they do not care about their job not one of them. They continuously look extremely miserable every time we have ever been in there. This only seems to be a problem on Sunday (I think) for I have talked to the manager three times in the last six months over the same type of extremely poor customer service . I thought everything was fine. I asked the young lady about the phone and she admitted that they were hanging up that they were too busy to talk. I mentioned we’ll you answered his phone call so you must know my phone number. Moving on as her and I were talking, she literally had her fingers in the trash with her gloves on that she was about to make my sandwich with. I asked her to please change her gloves. I didn’t even realize it was the trashcan. I thought it was just the table until my husband pointed it out. She already had an attitude, every single one of them had an attitude because there were more customers in line wanting to purchase food . I can not believe that this store is still open . After reading the reviews I am not surprised she was literally digging in the trash right before making my sandwich. The young lady advised me I can always come in on another day if I don’t like the crew on Sunday and that I can always eat somewhere else she literally told me to go to McDonald’s. It is a shame that we cannot order food locally at our subway because this is a franchise ( standard not the same )and they cannot get good employees in there. In conclusion I will be reaching out to the cooperate office of subway and the owner . The rude staff member might just get her way. 😉😉😉😉 I might not ever go back there. ( I do have to call the manager tomorrow regarding the transaction below.) I was supposed to get my subs for free but the employee accidentally charged me and I’m not seeing the refund back on my card.
I’m not telling you to go there I’m just saying if you’ve ever had the same experience don’t feel guilty in anyway because this is the normal…. I have to share my experience at this subway in our little small town Camp Verde Arizona. A few weeks ago I ordered some subs to my house with instacart . I wasn’t feeling well enough to cook. I wasn’t feeling well enough to even to drive to Subway to get my food. When the food arrived unfortunately both sandwiches were missing items. I did not have these items at home or I would’ve just quickly threw them on the sandwich. I called and spoke to the general manager, Amber. She was very kind and empathetic for what had transpired with the whole situation. The server Brandon was short with me and I asked him how he was and he replied “not so good cuz I have all this s!$@ to do and can’t get it done with orders”.... automatically I was burdening him with my order. I ordered one sandwich a delux. The sign right on counter. 50% more meat. He made sandwiches and then charged me for doubles meat. When I reminded him I ordered delux which is 1.98 for foot long and he charged me 3.98 for double meat instead, he argued with me saying I ordered double. Refused to listen to me and told me that’s what I’m going to pay for. I ordered delux just like the sign said and never have ordered double meat. He gave me a dirty look and told me that’s what I ordered and what I’m going to pay for. All because he made a mistake and over charged me and because I was disrupting his night by ordering food. He looked down at me and tried to intimidate me into paying what he wanted. I didn’t want to deal with him and paid and left. Worst experience at that subway ever and I will not be going back. Read moreWent in to get dinner tonight and the sandwich artist was touching his face and the POS system with his gloves on then he proceeded to walk over to try and finish my sandwiches. I asked him to change his gloves since he had been touching everything in sight. He copped an attitude and proceeded to tell me that his POS system was sanitized. I can clearly see that the POS system is dirty and covered in dust, it is not sanitized. You are not supposed to touch anything with your gloves on except for food, when you're ready to ring a customer up you take your gloves off and throw them away! You do not touch every single thing in the restaurant including your face with your gloves then go over and try to make somebody's sandwich.
