Starbucks — Restaurant in Camp Verde

Sam the barista needs a new job. I placed a mobile order for a frozen energy drink with strawberry. I arrived and it wasn’t made properly - it was yellow and was supposed to be made with strawberry purée. I kindly notified the cashier who notified Sam that he needed to remake. He argued with her and said it was made properly because he just made one with strawberry, but she showed him the cup that had not a single strawberry. He said “well it’s melted anyways.” I watched him continue to make at least 6 drinks over the course of 15 minutes. I heard the cashier tell him that he needs to remake my drink because the customer was waiting. He looked at me and ROLLED HIS EYES at me LOL. I then watched him dump my drink - that had further melted while he was making other drinks for 15 minutes - into the blender and add strawberry and pour it back into the same cup. If was completely liquid at this point rather than “frozen” and I had to tell the cashier about the issue once again. She kindly remade my drink. And then Sam had the audacity to come up to me while I’m again waiting and ask “how my day was.” And when I said fine until you caught an attitude for no reason and rolled your eyes at me when asked to remake my drink, he said “well I did remake your drink.” Waited 30 minutes to have a properly made drink - thanks to Sam’s incompetence and...

Update for visit today: Another easy and pleasant stop for a cup of coffee!! I can say THIS Starbucks really makes the best refreshments 💜👍💜 Highly recommend you to stop in and enjoy💖

Everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and I felt like they were family. All, said 'hello' or 'welcome' when I walked in💕They worked together wonderfully, helping each other out. Very fast & efficient with team there 💕💕Rain, the gal who I spoke with was wonderful!! Smiling, knowledgeable, welcoming, asked my likes, & offered suggestions, and I could go on🤗Highly recommended for anyone who needs to stop for a nice break, get a great cup of coffee, or simply needs folks nearby who will brighten up the day!!! I was able to stop, stretch, be greeted by and spoke with very nice folks, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, & they helped lift my mood back up💕💕💕💕 All of them working right around 5:15 pm on Weds evening should receive a large bonus, and all get a raise in pay!! Very well deserved, and especially Rain, who was there for me 💜💜I left a great tip, but they all deserve one of those BIG ones I've read about. If I could of left more, I definately would!! My very most favorite Starbucks to go to in the Verde Valley! The entire crew is extremely friendly, on top of being extremely fast and efficient...and always show SO much appreciation when they receive a tip. They are also so incredibly accommodating; my "standard" order is a venti iced caramel mochiatto...extra ice...with creme brule bits "at the bottom of the cup"...with a "ridiculous amount of extra, extra caramel, also at the bottom of the cup." If I worked at Starbucks, even I would hate me and want to punch me in the face anytime I placed my order. Not only do they NOT punch me in the face, they go out of their way to try and make it EXACTLY how they know I like it, and always hold it up and ask "does this look ok?" before handing me the drink.

I am originally from Minnesota, a place where almost every single person that you'll ever meet is so RIDICULOUSLY kind and sweet that non-Minnesotans have coined a phrase that's used when describing a person who is "abnormally kind"...they are referred to being "Minnesota nice."
