Brimstone Bicycles — Local services in Canal Fulton

I would caution anyone considering Brimstone Bicycles. I paid over $2,000 for two bikes they said would arrive in 5–7 days, but they never even ordered them. After nearly two weeks of getting excuses and no tracking, I contacted Himiway directly and found out the bikes were never ordered at all. When the shop finally placed the order, I had to cancel it immediately since it was clear they were not being transparent. Himiway confirmed the order was canceled and refunded the shop, yet Brimstone has held onto my money for nearly a month now. They have stopped answering their phone, have given me no clear timeline for a refund, and have shown zero urgency or professionalism in resolving the situation. This holiday season my wife and I finally upgraded to some decent mountain bikes. Both of us really didn't have a ton of knowledge when it came to the types of bikes to choose or the price range it would land us in. Both of us had all of our questions answered and had the opportunity to checkout several options before deciding on the right bikes for each of us. Eric and his staff are amazing!!! They all can answer any question you have and they have all of the gear you need right there in the store. Now we are just enjoying the bikes on the roads and Towpath Trails with the hopes of hitting harder trails later in the year! They don't just carry mountain bikes either... they also have many other bikes, scooters and skateboards which my kids loved. ...

I recently purchased an e-mtn bike from the online store. It was super easy, and I was able to track the delivery. I was going to have it delivered to my house, but Eric had me ship it to the store so that he could build it for me... which was super nice! I got the Velotric Summit 1 in orange, and I just love it!!🧡 I took it out for its maiden ride yesterday, and I'll be hitting some "real" trails later today and tomorrow. Eric told me about some nice beginner friendly trails to try, and I can't wait!
