Almost Heaven Ice Cream — Restaurant in Canal Fulton

I would just like to say I am typically the last person on earth to leave a review. I take my wife and children here frequently. I stopped by tonight to grab some ice cream for my pregnant wife and two young children who were waiting in the car. I walked up to the counter because I had some questions about the flavors (for my pregnant wife). Four workers were sitting at the register talking to friends and repeatedly yelled at me to come up to the register to order. I was the only person there waiting to order. When I told them I had a question about one of the flavors they yelled again telling me to come to the register. I explained I had a few questions and finally ordered. I got nothing but eye rolls and rude behavior while waiting for my order. I know they are just kids but they were incredibly rude. I just had a few questions about some ice cream for goodness sake. I know this seems petty but the way they acted was ridiculous. Anyways I hope an owner or manager sees this so they can talk...

When I say Almost Heaven, it absolutely is. Unlike any ice cream shop in the area their ice cream is not only award winning, but homemade, with seasonal flavors adding a little razzamatazz to the menu. We have tried so many local ice cream shops but the taste is nothing in comparison. It's not only creamy, and full of flavor but it is consistent like a cool breeze on a hot day. You know you are eating Almost Heaven Ice Cream, as opposed to the store bought that comes from so many other local shops. The staff is phenomenal, the GM Rebecca is so sweet, patient and willing to tell you all about the ice cream, describing the flavors, and offering samples. I watched her serve multiple customers with the same care and consideration as the first. I am a customer for life, as nothing else quite compares. I have many family with dairy allergies and it's amazing to be able to accomodate everyone with no dip in...

Can’t say enough about this place, I love the hard workers here and the ice cream here is phenomenal! It’s all homemade and their vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream are all award winning flavors. Don’t even get me started on my favorite scoop salty Carmel. Everyone’s favorite flavor is butter pecan which it is very good and award winning as well, but salty Carmel to me is the best one out of them all especially if you love Carmel like me. I highly suggest coming here if you love ice cream. The dippy twisters are great for people who are on diets or have dairy problems.
