I was hired in August and today I was told that I wasn’t going to fit their company. I was told that there had been 3 complaints about me. Wasn’t ever informed of any such thing. Never was told that I was doing something wrong or anything else. When I called Human Resources department, the lady was rude, never identified herself. And basically said that they didn’t have to tell me anything. I was never late for work. I was working the steady 3 am till 11 am shift, 6 days a week. I cleaned, I stocked, I waited on customers as fast as I could for the first 2 hours because there was never anyone else scheduled to come in at that time. I was never trained for the position I was hired for. I was doing the closing cashier job because she was never made to do it.
