Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Canonsburg

I ordered 2 beef burritos, and a $5 fill up box with french-fries and a special side of green beans. ALL of the chicken strips were small and over cooked. The biscuit was dry. (didn't finish it); didn't finish the chicken either; didn't touch the cookie; my sons two burritos were three small lumps of beef (like small meatballs) and lots of rice mixed in. His was NOT what I ordered. Everything that makes a burrito good, was missing. I understand businesses are having a tough time and cannot find quality employees, but, this. KFC/TACO BELL, can certainly do better than this.

Cashier gave me my change, but, no receipt. I didn't realize till I got home and went to look if they put down bean burrito instead of beef. Can't find it. For me, this meal ranked in the top worst 15 ever. Person who took this order was friendly and courteous however. Only good thing that came out of this whole transaction, But, does not make up for the food nor money. After this experience, maybe it would be better to hire the people who eat this type of food on a daily basis who know how to prepare and cook this. MY son posted his experience...

Little to no service at all. They were just back there playing around as ppl are at the drive thru waiting to be serviced. So I order my food & my order is incorrect & I don’t get a receipt. When I ask for a receipt, the kid says that the machine is broken & turns his back to me & closes the window. When I get my food after 20 minutes of waiting for 3 chicken quesadillas & a #6 (2 chalupas & a taco) there’s no taco. So I go the the door & it’s locked (at 7:20pm)!!! I have to keep banging on the door as a kid ignores me until finally someone peeks out, then I see a kid toss him a taco, they slide it around the counter until finally the “manager” puts it on a bag & brings it to the door. Also when I asked for my price the kid told me it was $27.30 but in actuality my card was charged for $27.20 (definitely watching my account in case they’re stealing). Definitely has been terrible experiences compounded over the past few months & I am done with this place!

How was the Taco Bell? Well, for starters, structurally sound. I wasn't actually going to Taco Bell, just driving past it, but it was standing up pretty good.

Without having actually gone, I can't say I paid much attention to the general atmosphere inside. In the interest of fairness, I have to assume the restaurant to have been clean and the employees friendly until proven otherwise.

I'm also not able to fairly judge the food. You see, I didn't stop there. But I've had items from Taco Bell plenty of times, I'll assume them to be at roughly middle of the pack? That seems like the safest bet, considering I didn't actually Run to the Border that day.

It's a funny thing, the human condition. You sit down to write a Taco Bell review and end up wondering what might have otherwise been. What crazy changes could my life have had since last week if I just stopped in at Taco Bell?

I probably just would have gotten home like 15 minutes later...
