Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Canonsburg

I usually order from the washington store but they don't open until 4pm. I grabbed a pizza to take to the hospital for my family to eat because my uncle was dying. The manager took my money and I went outside to call my cousin to see what was happening with my uncle. The manager told me 10 minutes. I went back into the store and my pizza was sitting in a warmer. I got some napkins and plates along with my pizza and left. When I got back to the hospital and opened the box an I was shocked. There was barely anything on my bread (you couldn't classify that as a pizza). There was dried out sauce from the lack cheese and pepperoni. I am disappointed in the food quality, and customer service that I received. These companies hire incompetent people because they don't pay well and the management screws the public over so they can get a bonus to make up for their low wages and I'm the one who has to pay the price for the companies poor business practices. Be very very careful with this place here. There's an employee(s) here getting customers credit/debit card information and making fraudulent purchases online. Luckily my bank caught it. There might be people out there who was not so lucky. Check your bank statements. I went to this business to inform the manager or supervisor of my situation. Spoke to the supervisor for about 15 minutes, she informed me that she would get to the bottom of it and also inform Corporate. I recorded the entire conversation with her on my cell phone and also provided proof, I left after calmly speaking with her for 15 minutes. The young lady that I spoke to in PizzaHut who claimed to be the supervisor/manager sent the police to my house. She claimed to be scared and feared for her safety. Good thing I had the entire thing video recorded. Oh! I was also over charged for my order. Check your receipts and bank statements when ordering...

Would not recommend this location. It took an hour and a half to get my pizza. Thats how long the driver had it for. I live 5 min from the store. The driver was super rude and couldn't even say sorry for the long wait. Of course when the pizza got to me it was cold. It also had no flavor at all. Then when I called for my money back they were no longer delivering so I ended up having to drive to the store anyway. Aliyah was the only nice person I encountered. That girl deserves a huge raise cause I'm sure she gets screamed at by angry customers constanly cause her coworkers can't be decent human beings. Don't go to this location If you want their pizza.
