KFC — Restaurant in Canonsburg

Ok, I will give credit where credit is due, this location has improved a lot over the past year but apparently the manager still needs to learn a bit about customer service, I placed a kfc order online, at this location you can't order taco bell online, no big deal, I also needed to order a Mexican pizza so I went through drive through, I let the lady at the drive who was very nice know that I had an online kfc order too, she came back to the window and informed me her manager would not let her hand me my online order and I would have to come into the store, mind you I could literally see my order sitting in the warmer from the drive through window, she would merely have to turn left pick it up, turn right and hand it to me but for some unknown reason I would have to pull around, park my car and come in and get it myself. Why?.....there is no rational explanation for this, especially considering the warmer for the online orders is right next to the drive through, this screams of some corporate nitwit creating ridiculous nonsensical policy to justify their own useless job, .....I pay you for food, you hand food to me, we both go on with our days, its not a...

I had just got off work and wanted something hot and good so I decided to stop here to get a chicken sandwich and a Pepsi . Upon pulling upon to order the person taking my order greeted me with " Can I help you?" Pretty rudely and annoyed as if I had ruined his day. I got my total of $9.26 for my K-11 meal which was the Chicken Sandwich with fries and a large Pepsi. As I waited in line to get my order, I noticed a drink get handed to the car at the window but was placed onto the window ledge in which it remained there until the car pulled away. As I pulled up the gentleman in the window was annoyed, saying "here" as he handed me my drink that was on the ledge 2 vehicles prior He said it'll be fine, handed me my food. As I was attempting to eat my food, I noticed it was thrown in the bag with the fries all throughout the bag as they were cold. Upon attempting to eat the sandwich, it too was cold and rubbery with no pickles, mayo and the bun cold and soggy. Poor all around as I've had better service from this establishment before. Never returning here and highly not...

Stopped in for a quick lunch while since I was passing by and had not been to KFC in ages. The place was not busy at all. There was no one in the dining area, and only a few cars in the drive through. I was quickly greeted at the counter and put bin my order for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo. No one asked me if I was doing take out or what, so I suppose I should not have been surprised when someone yelled out an order number and threw a take out bag on the counter and disappeared.

I was the only one there, so I took the bag and looked in. Sandwich box and Fries. Must be mine. Drink machine was behind me so I helped myself and I sat down. Unwrapping the sandwich revealed a sodden mess (See picture). Apparently what makes this sandwich "spicy" is that they dip the fried patty in some sort of oily substance. In my case the person who did it managed to coat the top of the bun as well. tasting it, all I tasted was oil no spice.

The patty was crunchy. The pickles were crunchy. The fries were tasty. That elevated the rating to a three star...
