The competent and friendly staff here will always ensure your order is wrong no matter how simple the instructions are, and they'll make sure to send it out wrong again if you have the audacity to ask for the food you ordered to be made as ordered. The drinks are filled to the brim with only the highest quality ice, guaranteeing your Route 44 almost contains a whopping 8oz of actual drink! We ordered breakfast burritos and they all were COVERED in Onions even though we very specifically requested No Onions on every burrito. As we were unable to make it back to the store that morning the manager Rachel made sure we got 3 fresh entrees that were made correctly! Also I have come here and had problems getting hot sauce even after offering to pay for it but it didn't seem to be a problem with her. Have been going less and less due to declining service but Rachel has changed my mind I am happy that she was able to take care of us and will be a continued patron...

We stopped for something quick at the Sonic in Canton, Texas. The Sonic is very nice. It looks new and it was very clean. The playground looked awesome! There were 3 of us and we ordered a cheeseburger meal, a large cheese sticks and 3 large drinks. There was 1 single ranch dressing for 8 cheese sticks, that 2 of us were sharing, 3 napkins, and a single peppermint. There was NO ketchup or marinara in the bag. We asked for marinara sauce. We should have looked in the bag, before we pulled out, but we were in a hurry. It was very disappointing.
