I'm editing my review because t-mobile has been nothing but a hassle, our bill which should be pretty simple for one phone and an internet box has been 3 different prices the last 3 months with our new bill being over $100 more. We were told that with the t-mobile business plan we would always be able to speak to someone in the US when calling in regards to our bill or any issues, well that was determined to be complete B.S. When calling t-mobile to try and navigate why the bill is so much higher we were told that they upgraded our plan??? Why??? We never authorized a plan upgrade nor did we ask for one. Currently I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get the bill adjusted to what it should be, but this is becoming a monthly thing where I have to call them and try to see why there are additional unapproved...

Was trying to talk to the representative and he had a trainee there and she was clicking her pain constantly just click click click click click and it was driving me bonkers. Maybe because I was already upset about the lack of service that I was getting and then to find out that after 2 years of being on this plan that I didn't own my phone he's saying that I have to pay $25 a month like a lease plan and or I can pay for the phone for $76 but I've been paying on the phone for 2 years and it's still not mine. Read moreWe went in to switch my daughters old phone to her new IPhone 16 and we were in the process of having it switched over (1 hour in to be exact). The manager had just walked in the door and told the guy helping us to send us home we can do it on our own at home. We went back and forth about that for a minute before I ultimately left. We’ve tried several times to switch it ourselves at home but it didn’t work. I will NEVER do business in Canton again I will drive to Terrell or Tyler. I also will be turning them into corporate and I hope the owner knows how rude his manager is! 100% lacks customer service and could careless about their customers.
