Best Customer Service I have had in a long time. I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine's Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn't find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins later my order was ready to take out. Not only did they try to help, they also recognized the issue, owned an honest mistake or system failure, offered a quick solution, gave me a huge discount but also made sure I walked out as a customer happy with freshly made 3 pizzas and 2 sides. Read moreI used to work at a Papa John’s when i was a teen, and i know how it works there, so when i get a confirmation for my large order that i just placed will be ready in 5 mins not even 1 minute after placing it, i drove 10 mins just to get to the store out of curiosity that maybe my order might be ready, i end up waiting over 40 minutes for it to finally be ready. As i was waiting i see the employee with tattoos on his face telling the other employees to “knock it all off” not even seconds after the orders were on there, this means all customers are gonna see their orders ready way before they actually are. Read moreIF COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE. Ordered 3 pizzas on Halloween at about 2pm for a 5:30pm delivery (first time slot available). Did not receive them until 8:30pm. No call, no email, no text letting me know my order would be late. I understand late, but 3 hours??? Tried calling to find out what was going on but I could not find an option on the automated menu to actually talk to someone. The people I had over and were feeding couldn't stay that long so I ended up with at least 2 pizzas I did not even need. I love Papa John's pizza but just from this experience I will not give them my business ever again. Shame on you guys! This is how you loose customers...
