The best gym in town! Classes are instructed by very knowledgeable coaches that care about your success. They can modify the exercises so you can succeed. I’ve been a part of this fitness family for 18 months and I’ve had amazing results. They have helped me to be a healthier, better version of myself. When I joined April 2022, I struggled getting up or getting out of bed without pain. I had hip pain, varicose veins, osteopenia/osteoporosis and high cholesterol and was overweight. I joined a challenge and learned some really valuable things. Diet and exercise really work. And by diet, I don’t mean starving yourself. Rather diet as in making good food choices and balancing meals. They helped me to figure out what worked for ME! I trusted their process and it worked!! My last bone scan showed no more osteoporosis/osteopenia, my varicose veins have diminished and my cholesterol is normal (and I lost weight, lots of fat and I gained lots of muscle). I am now strong enough to run around and play with my grandchildren instead of sitting and watching them run around. It doesn’t matter your age or your fitness level. They will help you to succeed. Read moreI joined Capital fitness because I saw on Instagram they had a 6 weeks challenge. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it because I’ve tried another gyms in the area and I didn’t really like it. However, I am very surprised with this gym!!! I love the atmosphere, staff, coaches, location… in a few words, I love everything about it!! You can count on the coaches all the time, and they really encourage you to meet your goals (is like having a personal trainer). They also prepare delicious protein shakes and offer meal prep taking in consideration you macros (in case you don’t have the time to cook or if one day you simply don’t want to worry about it). Read moreThe entire staff and coaches at Capital Fitness are incredible. I started when the gym first opened and loved the energy right away. Proper Form is first and foremost important to me as I have had multiple knee surgeries and hip injuries from younger year sports and Coach Damien has trained his staff that proper form is very important during these HIIT classes.
Group classes are so fun and only 40 minutes but you will burn 400 calories on the regular. I also enjoy that all ages, body types, shapes and sizes are present.
Since starting, I’ve lost 22 lbs, almost 17 inches and gained almost 5% muscle mass which is huge. My energy has improved, mood is so much better and I’m sleeping like a baby.
