If I could leave 0 stars I would. My washer has been broken for 2 weeks. I have told them repeatedly it was the drain hose. The first tech told me that I was wrong. Replaced a switch, left and that did not fix the issue. It took me about 2 days for them to tell me they have to send another tech out. After 5 days they sent another tech out - I told the tech it is the drain hose. He said it is impossible it is the pump and he was going to replace it same day. After about 1 hour he said “Sorry, it is the drain hose” And PROMISED he himself would be there today (Monday) to fix it. It took 4 phone calls for anyone to update me on what was going on. I was reassured that someone would be here TODAY no matter what. So I have been home all day waiting… Then close to the end of the day I get a phone call saying - someone will call me to discuss what time is good tomorrow to come by. So now I am still without a washer. They lied to me and my landlord multiple times stating that they will come today. And I have to wait at home again for a 4th day to see if someone will finally show up. I am disgusted by the lack of concern and customer service. The fact that I have literally told them the issue repeatedly and they told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Even when my dishwasher door needed replacement, the tech literally just put a screw through the middle of it and never bothered to follow through with the replacement. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

CONTINUED: 3 weeks later. and they have broken my washer twice. After they fixed the drain hose, the washer wouldn’t fill up. It took 2 techs to come out and replace a switch. And now the panel won’t close. So I am back to being washerless. Marcela the owner was rude and continued to yell over me and then complain when I would yell to be heard. She wouldn’t let me speak. She wouldn’t tell me when someone was coming out to fix the damage they caused. And pretty much said “well, we haven’t billed your landlord for this”. Photo is of the panel they broke and left open. And now, I can’t use it. And of course even though all the need is a hinge to close it - they told my landlord the whole unit needs to be replaced....

Absolutely the Best. They did everything that they promised plus. Jose gave us an excellent price on a refrigerator. He said he would detail it before they delivered it and they did. The grill on the bottom was missing when I purchased it. Jose said they would put one on prior to delivery and they did. He included delivery plus picking up the old unit at no charge. Jose gave us a 90 parts and labor warranty no charge plus a 1 year free service call warranty also no charge. It came with a used ice maker which developed a small problem. They replaced it with a new ice maker no charge . They came when they said they would and did everything they promised. Prior to purchased I checked around at other places. Appliance Discount Center offered all the best and delivered what they promised. Yes I am impressed with the way they do business. I keep their business cards on my desk for people to see. I purposely waited 2 months after the purchase to see how things would go before posting this review. They are my first choice for all my appliance needs. You should check them out. You won't be...

We went there to just look at a washer and dryer for a new home we haven't even closed on yet. Jose immediately showed and told us about his selection if front loaders. Before we knew it, we were buying a gently used, unmatched pair with pedastools included for a GREAT deal!! Jose even said he would hold the pair until after we close and can get in our new home! After more wonderful conversation with Jose, we ended up telling him we were going to trade out the current appliances for new ones. He then offered us ANOTHER fantastic deal on ALL of the appliances we would need, refrigerator, stove, above stove microwave, and dishwasher...all new. He didn't need us to buy it then, but we gave a small deposit for the package. Later this month we will finish that transaction and he will deliver, install, AND give us credit and take away the old appliances. If you are looking for any kind of appliance, new or used, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Jose at Appliance Discount Center!! Truly an awesome experience and Jose is fantastic to talk to and he definitely knows his stuff!!...
