8/23 update: I ordered online which was super easy. Order for pickup was ready early and exactly what I'd chosen. Bowl ingredients were very fresh, high quality, and delicious. Thanks for a great experience. I'll definitely be back soon!
5/22: I was glad they opened here because I loved them up north and Chipotle on Pine Island is awful. The first time I went I ordered online and picked it up. I got home to find my chicken burrito bowl had no chicken in it. Today a few months later I dropped in while nearby, hoping they'd worked out the kinks. They haven't. The mother of a family of four rushed ahead of me and started ordering for herself while her family caught up (Thanks, Karen). It seemed the guy who took her order was the only one who could since I stood there for 10 minutes after he'd moved their food down the line not being waited on by two other employees behind the counter. Then one of them started making an online order that had come in after me. Then the other one finally said "Are you ready?" Ready? I'd been ready for 10 minutes. You can take orders? NOW you say so. He grudgingly slopped my order into a bowl then put queso I didn't ask for on top. I made him start over. I got three more toppings from the incredibly dirty counter and low stock of choices, and walked down to pay. I had to tell him three more times I didn't want any other toppings, I was ready to check out. Then the "I only work on orders for families of four" guy told me they couldn't take my e-gift card, it only worked online. I paid for my order then he turned away to chat with someone who'd just come in. My food was still waiting on the counter. I grabbed it, didn't help myself to my receipt that was still in the machine nor to a bag for my food. BTW, it was just o.k. Not much flavor in the chicken and the lettuce had been chopped so small it was barely recognizable. That's two times I've tried this location months apart. They've still got a ways to go to get...
Read moreI recently visited here with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but I was met with major disappointment due to both their service and portions. My first encounter with their odd policies was with the shrimp taco – a dish that comes with only four shrimps. In my opinion, this serving size is insufficient; at least five shrimps would make for a more satisfactory meal. While I found this policy peculiar, I was willing to overlook it.
However, my patience was further tested by a technical issue with their app. The QR code, which was supposed to facilitate a smooth transaction, failed to work. When I sought assistance, the staff member, rather than helping, seemed more interested in hastening my departure. He suggested I call a number listed on the receipt for support – a number that, to my frustration, did not exist. This lack of help and the absence of a working QR code, despite my having an established account, significantly marred my experience.
Attempting to resolve the issue, I tried to contact corporate customer service, hoping they would address the app’s malfunction and improve my overall experience. Unfortunately, I discovered that reaching someone at corporate was an impossible task, as no contact number was provided. This encounter left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.
In summary, my visit was characterized by disappointing service and insufficient portion sizes. The inability to resolve a simple technical issue and the apparent lack of concern from the corporate level have led me to question whether I would return or recommend this...
Read moreMy family has enjoyed Qdoba in Cape Coral off of Pine Island rd up until today 8/8/24. It’s been a couple months or so since I’ve stopped in there, must be new management because this experience was very disappointing. All new faces, the young ladies who waited on me were very pleasant and nice but the food quality has gone down. We always get the same thing so I know what burritos used to be and what they are now. Barely any meat and I’m not exaggerating. I asked the girl, is that all the chicken, it was barely a spoonful Now I’m telling you it wasn’t even a full spoon, the girl looked at me and said yes that’s all it’s one spoon. I was ordering two burritos and a quesadilla all had barely any meat. And the burritos when rolled were barely bigger than an egg roll. I knew at this point I would not be back. I had a free chips and queso, so I asked for an extra, large, queso (we like queso). I knew I would have to pay for the extra queso. I got home and the large queso cups were only a quarter full. If it was free and a quarter full maybe I would let it slide but I paid full price for one and $2 for the other. It’s unfortunate this has happened. The previous manager who had a European accent and blond hair was super friendly, remembered me and my family any time we went in and made food that was worth what they charged. I understand they need to make money but I no longer feel like $10 plus dollars is worth a tortilla rolled like an egg roll. Oh and I could have had another “spoon” of Chicken for...
