Mattress Firm Cape Coral West — Hotel in Cape Coral

We have bought our last 3 mattresses from Mattress Firm and have been extremely satisfied up until this last purchase. We were looking for a twin mattress for our granddaughter as her first “big girl bed”. The store we stopped in did not have what we were looking for. The sales person did say that another local store had one in stock and she called to let them know we wanted it. It was described as a “floor model” which meant a pretty good savings for us. We had to sign a form that since it was floor sample it was not returnable. We were offered the opportunity to just purchase at the store we were at and then go pick up from the other store. What we weren’t told was that the mattress had a hole in it and it was dirty. I actually paid more for this one than I did for the last floor model I got and the last one was an extremely higher quality mattress and in MUCH better shape. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

She got us a new mattress and had it delivered to my daughter in laws house and had the other mattress picked up. Everyone was so incredibly generous and understanding. my adult daughter calls me at 5:45 PM on a Sunday late afternoon that she was in desperate need of a bed. It was so bad her back was hurting so I first went to a competitor furniture store. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Everything they had on display had sold tags on them. I ask if there was anything else I could do. They said maybe come back another day it was obvious The sales lady wanted to go home five minutes before closing so I left. While on the phone with a friend of mine he suggested Mattress Firm, I drove frantically through the parking lot hoping to get in the doors before 6 o’clock closing. When I approached the door it was exactly 6 o’clock. I pulled on the door handle. The door was locked. A gentleman came and opened the door. His name was Matt and asked how could he help me? I told my new best friend I was looking for a bed for my daughter within 20 minutes. I had a bed a platform delivery and installation and confirmation at 6:45.my daughter is over the moon with her new 12 inch Sealy memory foam bed with the upgraded bed platform. I went in your location seeing the heavy dose of emails of your Black Friday Deals kept sending me, Ezekiel was super patient, extremely knowledgeable of the products which I had spent over 4 hours researching your blow sale items! Well, Ezekiel had others come in, I told him to take care them while I kept researching and testing out bedding, watching and listening with him them, he was so informative to each customer took the time, even spent time with a customer who came weeks ago, it was Matt’s customer and even helped pick out new pillows! They spent over $4k! Then Jennifer came in waited on a couple of customers and answered about an another hour more of my questions! When Ezekiel finished we sat down to discuss money, after being there for almost 2 hours, Ezekiel made it happen!
