We’ve been loyal customers of this ice cream shop since it opened, but after our experience tonight, we won’t be returning. While placing our order and still looking at toppings, we were rushed and asked to move down the counter because another family had walked in behind us even though we weren’t finished ordering.

To make things worse, my husband and I always order the same thing every time we come: soft serve in a plastic to-go cup. Tonight, we were suddenly told we aren’t allowed to have it that way even though they had just served our son his banana ice cream with vanilla wafers in the exact same kind of cup.

What’s frustrating is we were just here last week and got the exact same order with no issue. The inconsistent policies and poor customer service tonight made it clear our business isn’t appreciated. It’s disappointing to say, but they just...

The ice cream was delicious! I had a banana flavored one in a chocolate cone (it has a name but I don't remember). The cone was ok. My husband had a shake, which he said had frosting on the rim. He enjoyed. My 2.5 year old daughter had soft serve swirl in a small cup with sprinkles and mini m&ms. Parking isn't bad as that strip isn't too busy. Though we did go on a Sunday evening at around 7, I think. They still had people coming and going. Very quick and friendly service. We will visit again and I want to try the waffle in a cup!...
