Update. I went back in and spoke to the manager Anthony who had 0 issue with resolving this for me. He gave me no trouble at all and was very accommodating. Why everyone else gave me a hard time, I have no idea but thanks to Anthony all of this is resolved. As far as the director and all of the other people I had to deal with. You wasted my time, over and over again and I really donât appreciate it.
Iâve been actively trying to cancel my membership for a VERY long time. Initially I was told I had to come in person. I went into Esporta on 2 occasions and was told the only person that can cancel the membership wasnât there. I just gave up and continued letting them charge my account. I then received a phone call from corporate who told me I could send a formal cancellation request in writing. I requested the request in writing and was then told they cannot honor the request in writing and I would have to go to the location or I was given another option to cancel via the app but no1 could give me the access # to cancel via the app. I was then told I could cancel with a cancellation form by mail and a cancellation form would be provided to me. Yet again, never received the form. I go into the location again today and the director tells me he doesnât have the authorization to cancel memberships with a balance and that I would have to come back and see someone after 3pm. I offered to pay the balance given to me on 2/22 which is as $31.61 but he explained they added another month of charges despite my membership account being invalid. I have been to this club in at least a year. I explained I have been trying to cancel this a very long time and the very person I have spoken to gives me another excuse why they canât cancel a membership that actually has no contract. If you join this gym, just be sure if you want to cancel, you are prepared to have every obstacle in canceling so they can continue to get as many months out of you as possible. Iâm going to try AGAIN to go back after 3pm but Iâm anticipating another reason why they canât cancel my membership. Mind you, the reason why I chose to go with crunch is because every time I tried to use the dry sauna it either wasnât working at all or took 15 mins just to heat up.    Read moreTerrible customer service I have been with them since 2021, I took a break and started on Thursday (let's remember that I never stopped making my payments) I go at 5 am every day there is a different person in front (who cave recra that they all say they are the manager) and they always say something different. I go with companions. The first day they told me you do not have to register them because you have 7 companions on your payment. I also wanted to pay my yearly payment but the first supposed manager said don't worry, you do not have to pay or register your companions. My response was ok are you sure if there are no problems. 2 weeks there was another new "manager" who was very rude and unpleasant told me the opposite. I explained what happened and his response was "I am the manager" and you have to be responsible for your bills. He didn't care about the companions, only that my fiancĂ© would pay him. When he saw the tone and attitude he told me to pay. so as not to have to intervene, so we paid and continued our day, 3 weeks there was this lady named Sonia who is supposedly another "manager" and she did not let us in since I do not have my companions registered in my app, we told her ok let's make memberships for everyone so as not to lose the morning or the day of training (we emphasize that I pay my membership and I have 7 companions that I can take for free) but we would open this to avoid more problems in the future, her response was (no, I can't do that, I don't know how to do it or add a new member) it's a good gym but its employees are very rude and they are very misinformed about their work, I also don't understand or know how there are 1000 daily managers đ but she should give her some classes on 1. attention, 2. how her company works and its policies, 3. how to react in a good way when a client asks Explanations 4 If 5am is too early and you are in a bad mood or it is not your shift as Sonia said you should tell your boss not to make you work with clients when they do not know how or...

Here is my experience of today- 4/20/24 update:
Donât waste your money. Find another gym.
I will start by saying I have a training membership which is why I am still there.
I have now been coming to this gym for over 2 years. Management has gotten better (J). However, today I had such a negative encounter, about 30 min ago with the two younger ladies on staff, working. I was in the sauna with 2 10 lbs. dumbbells. I am assuming someone who was in the sauna went to tell them I had them and they both came in, asked if I brought those in and then proceeded to say âyou canât have them in here,â and picked them up and took them without saying another word. I apologized and said do you need me to take them out. I was ignored and literally not treated with respect. I was treated like a child who did something wrong and needed to be scolded. Further, there is no sign stating not to take dumbbells in the sauna. So they could have asked me, respectfully, to please take them o it as they are not allowed in there. I did not appreciate the way I was treated.
Now, in terms of other issues in the gym, since those two ladies are so concerned with the gym and the rules being followed, they should be helping to clean the sauna. The sauna is extremely disgusting. Extremely. I donât think theyâve ever cleaned it.
The scale in the ladies lockeroom has been broken for two years, the two young ladies who rudely treated me like a child, should be focused on getting this fixed.
There is an exposed pipe just hanging out in front of the ladies locker room.
The paper towel machine in the ladies locker room has not worked in over a month. The young ladies, who by the way I would have a name for if they wore a name tag, should be worried about getting that fixed. Extremely dissatisfied and canât wait until I use my training classes to cancel...
